FESA members are interested in cross-referring work, enquiries and problems to each other - providing mutual support, networking, helping to support and enhance reputations, professional standards, and our standing in the legal and general communities.
FESA meets on a scheduled basis in Melbourne over a meal, where a guest speaker presents a topic and members discuss current issues, engaging in "Show and Tell" about interesting forensic issues and recent cases. We also exchange professional advice and assist each other within our network, and refer work to each other where appropriate.

Annual fees are $50 (meals at meetings are part-subsidised where possible from funds); plus a once-off joining fee of $100. Members joining between March 1 and June 30 are offered a pro-rata (reduced) annual fee. Renewals are due on June 30 each year.
