FESA meets on a scheduled basis in Melbourne over an evening meal, where a guest speaker presents a topic and where members and guests discuss current issues, engaging in "Show and Tell" about interesting forensic issues and recent cases.  We also exchange professional advice and assist each other within our network, and refer work to each other where appropriate.

FESA members are interested in cross-referring work, enquiries and problems to each other - providing mutual support, networking, helping to support and enhance enhancing reputations,  professional standards, and our standing in the legal and general communities.

The last meeting was on Wednesday June 3 2009.  The topic was "Working as an expert witness" - essentially an all-in discussion moderated by Mark Dohrmann,  who presented "Ten ways to undermine an expert".   Meeting details, photos
